Ceyhun founded MWJ after 10+ years in B2B tech marketing, ten of them at VeriPark — moving from marketing assistant in Istanbul to senior product marketing manager in London, with a stretch assignment as marketing director. That decade inside a global ISV in the Microsoft ecosystem shaped how MWJ works: GTM strategy, product marketing, content and demand generation built for technical products and long enterprise cycles. He is a Sabancı University business administration graduate, based in Cambridge, and currently also serves as fractional VP of Marketing for Terra Reporting and Lena Business Solutions, and is a founding member of Katalis Alliance. He describes himself as a full-stack marketer: comfortable across Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Marketo, analytics, SEO and the AI tooling the team now builds on.

She joined in 2023 as Growth Marketing Manager, moved into Marketing Program Manager, and has led programme management as Managing Partner since April 2025.
